This project involved the complete reconfiguration of an existing kitchen, informal eating area and family room, as well as the conversion of an existing attic into a master bedroom area with a bath room, dressing area and new loggia overlooking Oyster Bay.

The existing house on a 9 acre parcel along Oyster Bay is spectacularly cited to have dramatic views of the water. It was the main intention of this major renovation to emphasize these views and create spaces of an extroverted light-filled nature.
